Jamie is one of our most committed athletes. He consistently shows up for the 5:30 AM class, takes on every gym challenge we offer, and leads by example through his work ethic and discipline.

His most recent progress came from participating in our 75-Day Challenge—a test of consistency, mental toughness, and physical transformation. And Jamie crushed it.

Jamie’s stats tell a powerful story:

  • Body Fat: Dropped from 18.5% ➝ 11.8%

  • Weight: Dropped from 181.8 lbs ➝ 172.3 lbs

  • Skeletal Muscle Mass: Increased from 84.4 lbs ➝ 87.3 lbs

This was not about extreme dieting or overtraining. It was about consistency, balanced nutrition, smart workouts, and daily accountability.

Jamie followed a nutrition plan based on his InBody measurements, tracked his meals using MyFitnessPal, and maintained constant communication with Coach Vaz. His transformation is the result of showing up with intention every day, even before the sun rises.
