Day One at DEFCON:

  • Skeletal Muscle Mass: 80.7 lbs

  • Body Fat %: 33.6%

  • Fat Mass: 72.6 lbs

This was where Bart started—no shortcuts, just a promise to himself to show up and work.

Start of the 75-Day Challenge:

After training consistently, Bart entered the 75-Day Challenge already making progress:

  • Weight: 199.5 lbs

  • Skeletal Muscle Mass: 87.7 lbs

  • Body Fat %: 23%

End of the 75-Day Challenge:

75 days later, the results were undeniable:

  • Weight: 190.5 lbs

  • Skeletal Muscle Mass: 88.8 lbs

  • Body Fat %: 18.8%

  • Fat Mass: 35.7 lbs (down from 72.6 lbs!)

The Highlight:

Bart cut his fat mass nearly in half, dropping 36.9 lbs of fat while gaining 8.1 lbs of muscle since his very first day at DEFCON.

Beyond the Numbers:

Bart is one of the most consistent athletes in our 5:30 AM class. Even on the days he can’t make it in—whether he's traveling or busy—he still finds time to stay active and move outside the gym.
